How do I Cash In into H+?
You can transfer with your Main Wallet balance or your bank account balance via FPX.
Who is eligible to upgrade to H+?
Any Malaysian who is above 18 years old and a Hap2py user who has completed the account verification process.
How do I make withdrawal from my H+?
You may withdraw into your Main Wallet balance.Step 1: Select “”Withdraw”” ButtonStep 2: Insert an amount and select “”Send Request””.
When can I make withdraw request(s)?
You can withdraw once your H+ balance is at least RM10.

How long does it take for the Withdraw to be paid to my Main Wallet?
The money will be transferred within fourteen business days from your transaction date (T+14) from the successful processing of your Withdraw request if the request is made before 4:00 PM (T). However, if the request is made at or after 4:00 PM (T), it will be treated as a next day request and the money will be transferred within fourteen business days (T+14) from the successful processing of your Withdraw request.
How will I know when the Withdraw has been paid to my Main Wallet?
You’ll receive a notification on your notification that a successful Withdraw transaction was made.
Where can I view my Withdraw transaction status?
You can view your Withdraw transaction status on the H+ dashboard.
How if I decided to cancel my Withdraw during cash out being processed?
During withdraw being processed, there is no interest occurs during fourteen business days process. You may cancel the withdraw process in the middle way and interest will be credit back to your H+.
Example: Request to cash out RM50,000On ninth business days decide to cancel withdraw process, the interest for nine days will be credit back to your H+RM50,000 x 0.15% per day x 9 days = RM50,675 will be credit back to your H+.
